It’s a very cold 🥶 Mad Friday in town tonight and our team will be out making sure as always everyone is safe, ready to help, ready to care and also listen. David, John, Sam and Anj will be patrolling until the early hours.

Mark, David and John will be in town tonight until the early hours of Saturday doing what we do best listening, helping, caring . It’s forecast only 7 degrees expected tonight , dress for the weather, keep phones charged , stay with friends! And keep enough money to get home !

Lots of glass about on recent patrols which we sweep, collect and dispose of - please bear that in mind if you’re tempted to walk barefoot. As always if you need us, we’re there to listen, care and help and will be patrolling the whole town as well as the busy areas . 👋

It’s Friday - it’s cold, so it must be time for Wigan Street Pastor volunteers to be out until the early hours. Very cold forecast tonight one of the coldest April months for a long time. If you’re venturing out dress for the weather and don’t rely on your beer jackets.

After careful considerations we have suspended our patrols for the time being. The very nature of our interaction with the public makes it impossible to comply with the guidelines on social distancing and we need to play our part in preventing the spread of virus in our Town.
