@vinted I reached out to support 3 times. The first 2 told me I shouldn't have pressed accept, I hadn't because I hadn't received the item. The 3 time I was told to wait to raise the incident after 25 working days. When I did you have just refunded the seller and I'm left out of pocket

@vinted. Can you help please because support in the app hasn't been. I have had an item lost in transit then when I went to raise an incident after the 25 days had past the support worker has cleared the funds to the seller and I haven't had a refund.
