@DubiousNoLonger @Mogtaki @PaddyLegend16 It can fly but the move fly isn’t indicative of the ability of flight. It’s how well an aerial strike can be used as an attack. Gyarados gets bounce instead for that reason.

@Mogtaki @PaddyLegend16 Fly the move doesn’t imply the can actually fly it just means they can rise and dive bomb. Hawlucha does that bc he can jump high and dive bomb. Canonically cannot fly
