@rise_pay Imagine holding customer funds for more than a week and still being unable to provide a proper explanation, timeline, or even basic transparency. Saying “your funds are safe” repeatedly is not a substitute for real communication. @rise_pay
@rise_pay My withdrawal has been stuck for over a week while other users are getting their withdrawals processed within minutes. I contacted support multiple times and all I keep receiving are the same copy-paste responses asking me to “please be patient.”
@rise_pay First it was “finance team is checking.” Then it became “bank holiday delay.” Then “compliance review.” Now support says they still have no update from the finance team and cannot even explain the actual reason for the delay. @rise_pay
