LIUNA Minnesota condemns the trauma being inflicted on immigrant workers, our members and our communities. We stand with our detained member’s family in demanding full transparency on the grounds for his detention and immediate information about his case. We join the call for ICE to cease operations and leave Minnesota.

Since 1903, LIUNA has been built by immigrants fighting for dignity and justice. We support a path to citizenship for those who contribute to our communities, and we stand firmly against the reckless enforcement tactics that violate due process and constitutional protections.
