Dairy products are packaged in plastic, that's nice. But since 1960s no new way has been identified to change this way of packaging. Is this really a problem? Or just everyone thinks it's easy to manage plastic.

What is the product.
How is the journey mapped.
How is the journey closed.
What metrics do we show.
Operational and Business metrics.

1. What is the intent ? ( Kya dhika na chate ho )
2. What actionables are derived from that.

Best example - try representing a concept in the form of table. Table mai kya cheez aur kese dhik ni chaiye, usko define karo.

Stop and plan, think of the question as a journey which you have witnessed.
Then answer it in phases.
