Shoutout to Alan with @GetSpectrum customer service who helped me with an issue this morning. I’m not a Spectrum customer but someone who is put my phone number down on their account. Alan was kind and quick to help me resolve the issue.

@AlanMCole My personal favorite is when I open Teams and get the prompt, “this application will not run, continue in Teams (new)?” Why does it not just open Teams (new)? Who accidentally pushed Teams (new) to prod? It has to be an accident, right?

@rigginsslim We adopted a dog. He came with a name: Lyric. We didn’t care for the name but kept it. My mom started calling him Lyr (pronounced Leer) which turned into King because Shakespeare.
