Yesterday, we received our 3,000 trees under the @sk_program ! We will be handing out free trees at the Saskatoon Farmers’ Market this weekend !!! #SKTreeforLife
Our city is home to many native species, like beavers! We monitor beaver activity & appreciate their part in our ecosystem, like helping to regenerate riparian forest. We protect vulnerable/valuable trees w/ wrapping that can prevent beavers from cutting them down.
