The contract’s source code is verified on Sourcify, with the verification record accessible through Blockscout. Source verification makes the code inspectable.

Once the matching reserve is funded and the feature opens:

LAMA Pay is fully active again.

We want to give our community a clear explanation of why LAMA Pay has been relatively quiet for some time.

One of our official company documents had expired and needed to be renewed and replaced. While that process was being completed our Visa and Mastercard-related services were temporarily suspended, which affected card transactions and certain transfer services across the LAMA Pay platform.

The main challenge was that we did not know exactly how long the document renewal and review process would take.

Instead of creating hype making promises or announcing timelines we could not guarantee we decided to stay quiet and focus on the work behind the scenes.

During that period we renewed the required documentation, updated our infrastructure, improved the platform and worked through the technical and operational requirements needed to bring the affected services back online.

Today, that process is complete.

Visa and Mastercard services have been restored.
Card transactions are active again.
Transfers are active again.
We have also published the updated official company documentation on the LAMA Pay website so our community can review it directly.
We didn’t abandon LAMA Pay.

We simply did not want to create hype without real results.

We waited until the documentation was updated and the core services were actually restored before becoming fully active again.

We’re launching the new LAMA Pay Business API.

This will allow crypto projects and token platforms to integrate LAMA Pay directly into their own ecosystem and give users a simple way to buy and sell supported tokens through LAMA Pay.

Projects will be able to connect their token to our payment infrastructure integrate the payment flow into their own platform, and give users access to cash-out and payment functionality without having to build the entire system from scratch.

We already have agreements in place with 4 companies that are preparing to integrate LAMA Pay.

The Business API will carry a 1.5% fee on token sales, and that fee will be allocated to the LAMA holder rewards system.

Revenue generated from supported Visa and Mastercard payment activity will also contribute to the same holder reward structure.

Our goal is simple: as LAMA Pay grows the LAMA ecosystem should grow with it.

When you hold LAMA, you’re not just holding a token you’re holding a share of the company behind LAMA Pay as the company grows LAMA holders participate directly in that growth.

The more businesses integrate LAMA Pay the more transactions flow through the infrastructure, and the more revenue can be generated for the ecosystem and eligible holders.

LAMA Pay is evolving from a standalone app into payment infrastructure for the wider crypto market.
