this Little Egret has wintered in the Arisaig/Back of Keppoch area of Lochaber, Highland, probably the 1st time a bird has wintered here. Still able to feed and fly well, it has clearly had an altercation, possibly with a Heron. Images by Stephen MacDonald #highlandbirds
