Wildcats for change is a nonpartisan force created to encourage youth participation in Oak Ridge, and we raise money to support our community through projects.

Today marks the 6 year anniversary of the Sandy Hook elementary school shooting. 27 people died, we gave our thoughts and prayers, and yet we have allowed 1,917 mass shootings since then. Something needs to change.

This has been the 304th shooting of 2018. That is almost 1 mass shooting per day. 12 lives were lost at Thousand Oaks bar in Southern California. With every life lost the time for change grows, and that time is now. #MarchForOurLives #ThousandOaksShooting
