@sarahsgonewild @Kim_Moynahan Yep you're right definitely depends- there's a big difference even between the countries. In Sri Lanka we climbed and in Myanmar it was a bit more run and hide. I only had to climb a tree once though, thankfully, as my climbing skills started waning when I was ~12.
@Rhiannon_Kirton We did some work in rural villages in Myanmar assessing population changes of elephants similar to @RyanKBrook's relative scale example, trying to get a handle on how development and poaching impacted the #'s & locations.
I love seeing all of the side notes on the data sheets. And too true- @smvamosi & I spent 2.5 weeks trekking all across the Yukon and not a single moose to be seen. But lots of gorgeous 🏔
