@sarahleah1@HFreemanauthor@CST_UK Very brave of you to attack any Jewish person you can find anywhere in the world from the safety of your phone. You’re a pig. Stop justifying murder and terrorism.
@deirdre_tobias@bigfatsurprise@DrLeanneRedman Wow. Telling someone with a PhD how to use the find function is a level of passive aggressive snark that I had only dreamed could exist. Yet, here we are.
@JamesNiehues “Grey Rock” is also called “Cathedral Rock”due to its appearance when viewed from the south. Sounds fancier, IMHO. (Also was the site that I first kissed a girl, so I’m particular 😀)
@MrSchmidt22@liftblog Would be so much better to hop on a bus and let the driver do the work than fight traffic all the way. I’m fairly surprised that this isn’t an effective system.
@Eyezak_M@liftblog I’ve been waiting 30 years for Colorado to get serious and build a rail line up the I-70 corridor. 10,000 cars a day, all driving to the same 5 parking lots makes no sense. Seems like a rail line in LCC would be reasonable, too.
@FueledbyLOLZ Discovering 0 drop shoes totally changed my running. Went from getting shin splints anytime I went more than 10 miles to being able to run marathon distance. Complete game changer for me.
@YoniFreedhoff As a run-of-the-mill, white, left-leaning American, I'm sorry you and every other jewish person on earth is going through this right now. I'm in a persistent state of shock at the anti-semitic reaction this terrorist attack has generated.
@feelthebyrn1@doctorinigo@Alan_Couzens Very sad to see this happen. I didn’t mean to offend or start an argument with any of my posts. Just trying to understand more fully.
@doctorinigo@WorawutKkul@Alan_Couzens Thank you so much for sharing this. Reconciling your work showing huge improvements with Z2 and @Alan_couzens data showing just the opposite has been a real challenge. I think I see the answer now!
@Alan_Couzens Wholeheartedly agree. The challenge comes when we try to compare multiple sources with opposing conclusions and their definitions are in incongruent terms. In this case it’s “First zone above LT1” vs “zone of maximal fat oxidation”. Hard for outsiders to resolve the terminology.
@feelthebyrn1@doctorinigo@Alan_Couzens These are great notes!
“2 mmol not the same recreational vs elite
For the moderately active athlete - answer is what I call Zn 1, set "Z2 below LT1"” perfectly answers my question. That Attia episode introduced me to Inigo, so that’s assuredly where I got my impression.
@doctorinigo I'm a US doctor and dream of opening my own practice to do exactly this kind of work. Incidentally, I'm also a UCCS and CUSOM grad. It kills me that I was in such close proximity to you but only discovered your work after graduation!
