Services Selection Board (SSB-K) Scam: The scamsters have even penetrated into a system which was considered as utmost foolproof & robust, once upon a time. The then Commandant of the SSB took out the Technical Manual of Officers from the office which was not permissible. Once it came to the light, he declared that it was stolen from his official Car and lodged an FIR. No Court of Inquiry was ever conducted for the lapse of having taken that Manual out of the premises. Similarly , so many other officers posted with the said Selection Centre were found to be involved into large scale irregularities and corrupt activities.Matter was reported to the CBI about the large scale irregularities in the Selection System. After thoroughly investigating for about 2 years plus, the CBI has found so many Army Officers involved in the corrupt activities to include a serving Major General who is about to retire now. All out efforts are now being made by the powers to be, to somehow save this Maj Gen. Will they be able to succeed in this?

CAPF और केंद्र सरकार अब आमने-सामने हैं....

सुप्रीम कोर्ट में कानूनी लड़ाई हारने के बाद भी सरकार नया पैंतरा दिखा रही है।

CAPF के अधिकारी सुप्रीम कोर्ट में केस जीत गए, लेकिन केंद्र सरकार टस से मस न��ीं हुई।

विडंबना यह है कि CAPF काडर के अधिकारी ही अपने बल के शीर्ष पदों तक नहीं पहुँच पाते थे।

CAPF के अंतर्गत CRPF और CISF जैसे बल आते हैं, परंतु जो अधिकारी इन बलों में सीधे भर्ती होते हैं, ��न्हें इनका 'सुप्रीम' बनने का अवसर नहीं दिया जाता।

सरकार सुप्रीम कोर्ट में हार चुकी है, लेकिन अब नया बिल लाकर सच्चाई से भागने का प्रयास कर रही है।

यह अधिकारियों के साथ सरासर ज्यादती है; एक बेहतर और सुरक्षित भविष्य सबका अधिकार है।

India used to cook in ghee. Clarified butter, rendered slowly, shelf-stable, rich in fat-soluble vitamins and butyrate, with a smoke point suitable for the high-heat cooking that Indian cuisine requires.

Ghee was Ayurvedic medicine. Ghee was considered sacred. Ghee was the cooking fat of a civilisation.

Then, in the latter half of the 20th century, two things happened simultaneously: the global campaign against saturated fat reached India, and the seed oil industry, particularly soybean and sunflower oil, scaled aggressively into the Indian market.

Ghee was repositioned as unhealthy, old-fashioned, and associated with a rural past the modernising middle class was moving away from. Seed oil was modern. Scientific. Heart-healthy. The cardiologists said so.

India is now the world's largest consumer of seed oils. Ghee consumption has fallen dramatically across large portions of the population, particularly in urban and middle-class households.

The cardiovascular disease rates have risen in lockstep with the oil transition.

The ghee is still being blamed.

The sunflower oil is still being recommended.

In India.

On the night of June 24, 1982, British Airways Flight 9 was cruising at 37,000 feet over the Indian Ocean when all four engines on its Boeing 747 died, one by one, in under two minutes. Nobody on board knew why. The aircraft was now a 170-ton glider in the middle of the night with 263 people on board.
That’s when Captain Eric Moody made what has been called the greatest passenger announcement in aviation history: “Ladies and gentlemen, this is your captain speaking. We have a small problem. All four engines have stopped. We are doing our damnedest to get them going again. I trust you are not in too much distress.”
The 747 glided without power for nearly 15 minutes, dropping toward the mountains of Java. Moody set a decision height — if the engines hadn’t restarted by 12,000 feet, they would ditch in the ocean. At 13,500 feet, engine four came back to life. The others followed.
But the crew still couldn’t see. The windscreen had been sandblasted nearly opaque by volcanic ash from the eruption of Mount Galunggung - completely invisible to weather radar.
Moody landed the 747 in Jakarta using a tiny clear strip at the edge of the windscreen, flying the approach almost entirely on instruments. Every single person on board survived. It was the first time in history a commercial jet had encountered volcanic ash at altitude.
The incident changed aviation forever and is now studied in every pilot training manual in the world. Captain Moody passed away peacefully in March 2024 at the age of 82.

His calm under pressure remains the gold standard for every pilot who has followed 😍

आज ही के दिन 22 जनवरी 2019 के शोपियां में एक एनकाउंटर में हिजबुल के तीन आतंकी मारे गए थे।

आपको जान कर अब आश्चर्य नही होगा कि इसमें मारा गया शमसूल हक मेंगनू 2012 बैच के असम मेघालय कैडर के आईपीएस डॉ० इनामुल हक़ मेंगनू का सगा छोटा भाई था।

उसने यूनानी सर्जरी व मेडिसिन की पढ़ाई बीच में ह�� छोड़ दी थी तथा कश्मीर घाटी के शोपियां जिले के एक गांव शरमल में अपने दो और साथियों के साथ राष्ट्रीय राइफल्स और sog द्वारा दोज़ख को रवाना कर दिया गया था।

ऐसी ही हो रही लगातार हत्याओं से परेशान व बेह�� दुःखी होकर 2010 बैच के आईएएस टॉपर रैंक 1 भारतीय कश्मीरी शाह फैसल ने इस्तीफ़ा दे दिया था ,खैर बाद में उनकी घर वापसी हो गई थी।

इसी तरह 2018 में कश्मीर यूनिवर्सिटी में पढ़ाने वाले पीएचडी और सोशियोलॉजी के असिस्टेंट प्रोफेसर मोहम्मद रफ़ी भट्ट भी इसी तरह आतंकी संगठन हिज़्बुल मुजाहिदीन को जॉइन कर लिया था और अलगाववादी आतंकी घटनाओं में शामिल होने के कारण बदगाम में अपने पांच साथियों के साथ मारा गया था।

ऐसे और भी सैकड़ों उदाहरण हैं उच्च शिक्षित लोगों के जो अपनी विचारधारा को सर्वोपरि मानने वाले आतंकी अलगाववादी संगठनों को जॉइन कर एक के बाद एक मारे गए,क्योंकि देश से उपर तो कोई विचारधारा ही नही है,और अगर है तो उसमें भी देश को ही सर्वोपरि माना गया है।

ऐसा नहीं कि ये आतंकी मरने से डरते नहीं बिल्कुल भी। डरते तो ये भी हैं, पर तब तक नहीं जब तक यह पूरी तरह इन मज़हबी कट्टरपंथियों को लग नहीं जाता है कि बेटा अब तो तुम्हें इस भारतीय फौज से कोई नहीं बचा पायेगा इस ब्रह्मांड में।

तभी असिस्टेंट प्रोफेसर मोहम्मद रफ़ी भट्ट जब साल 2018 में भारतीय सेना द्वारा घेर लिया गया, तो उसने अंतिम समय नज़दीक जान अपने अब्बा को फ़ोन किया कि वह उन्हें माफ़ कर देंगे इस हरक़त के लिए।

आ�� से कई साल पहले शिया वक़्फ़ बोर्ड के अध्यक्ष वसीम रिज़वी जी ने प्रधानमंत्री को पत्र लिख कर उन्हें आगाह किया था कि गर जल्द ही देश भर के 'प्राथमिक' मदरसों को नहीं बन्द किया गया तो अगले 15 साल में देश के आधे से अधिक उनके पढ़े लिखे बच्चे isis जैसे संगठनों के विचारधारा के समर्थक हो जाएंगे और कट्टरपंथी हो जाएंगे और ये बात दिल्ली ब्लास्ट के साथ ही सच हो गई।

साथ अब यह कलई भी खुल गई दिल्ली ब्लास्ट डाक्टरों के आतंकी माड्यूल के बाद और लखनऊ मेडिकल कालेज के माड्यूल के बाद कि कोई डाक्टर साइंस से ज्यादा किसी और चीज के प्रति कट्टर हो सकता है। अभी तो आप जितनी गहराई में घुसेंगे,उतने ही परते उधरेंगी।

साथ ही ये देश भर में जितने भी संदिग्ध लोग होते हैं, वह यह ध्यान रखें कि ख़ुफ़िया एजेंसीज राष्ट्रहित में सब पर नज़र रखती हैं। इसलिए बेहतर होगा कि सतर्क रहें, राष्ट्र-निर्माण में अपना योगदान दें बजाय अलगाववादी राष्ट्रद्रोही गतिविधियों के, वरना कब आप घेर लिए जाएंगे तो तब कोई नहीं बचा पायेगा। गया वह जमाना, जब आपको अनपढ़ भटका हुआ कहकर कुछ लोग बचाने सामने आ जाते थे,अब तो इन्होने खुद ही अपनी ��ढ़ लिख कर भी जाहिलियत वाली सोच जाहिर कर दी है।
