🚨BREAKING: A 93-year-old woman was found dead and covered in blood in her bathroom in Toulouse, France. Police say a naked Sudanese man was on top of her body.

Marie-Louise had been bedridden since a stroke. Neighbors heard screaming and called police. Officers arrested a 34-year-old homeless Sudanese national at the house. He was intoxicated and resisted. Local reports say he was in France illegally.

Toulouse prosecutors say the autopsy found injuries consistent with sexual violence, facial bruising, broken bones, and neck trauma consistent with asphyxiation. He was brought before a judge on a probe for murder preceded or accompanied by rape.

She left the door unlocked so carers could get in. Residents called her the neighborhood grandmother.

After his initial arrest, the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center in Virginia RELEASED him despite having an ICE detainer.

Sheriff Stacey Kincaid, a Democrat, oversees that detention center.

Nunez was arrested again by ICE after his release.
