@Els_Ice285 @kommunityncl It's a fish sub we make by marinating banana blossom (available online or sometimes in asian supermarkets) in spices and sea vegetables overnight.

Our new menu is starting this week at @kommunityncl! The focus for this one is on Peruvian cuisine - some of the most fascianting food we've served up so far. Peru's food culture fuses indiginous traditional recipes with those brought by immigrants from around the world!
