@WorcsBoschCare#easycontrol problems again. I am so frustrated that when YOU have a problem your end I CAN’T USE MY HEATING. It’s just come back up again now but been down for a while. It’s criminal that we lose complete control! Anyone thinking of buying EasyControl - avoid!

Mysteriously started working as a new day kicked in. Either they fixed it or as others suggest, the gimmick Xmas graphics stole Christmas from the Grinch

@WorcsBoschCare Still can’t understand why Bosch have server issues every Winter, I mean Winter & heating… there isn’t an obvious link. As a customer, if you regularly enjoy having no control of your heating due to problems with Bosch servers then get the EasyControl. It’ll let you down 4 sure
@BoschHC_PT Avoid until lots of technical issues are sorted. Lack of comms during errors and complete loss of your own heating system when THEY have a problem. Hoped this would be so much better than it actually is
@WorcsBoschCare Since your last iOS app update, in manual mode - I’ve had to set temperature several times. This is particularly frustrating when you want to turn off heating in a room and an hour later you realise the heating is still on. This poor update is costing me extra money. Fix it!
@ClashofClans@supercell Doing anything to help with hacked accounts yet? Your current stance of ‘don’t share your account’ is damn right insulting when a hacker has stolen the account. I have proof this is my account dating back 10 years yet you’d rather believe a hacker. Utter disgrace.

@supercell My account of over 12 years is blocked by you. Your customer service team refuse to accept multiple official Apple invoices as proof of ownership. What other means of contact are there as your ‘locked’ in-game support and Sparky are useless.
