Intel released security advisories INTEL-SA-00615 and 645 today, covering several new CVEs. Get the facts here, and while doing so raise a glass to the valiant internal teams who found and fixed them with no catchy title, nor website, nor logo🍻 #iamintel https://t.co/SaEwlzoQgo
Want to show security research (and/or cool hacks) to Intel engineers (+partners)? The US iSecCon CfP is open until next Fri (24th). Online only again 😔, but still a good way to reach security folks - I presented 2 years ago and it was really worth it. https://t.co/Qr99Rxgnjt
Coworker1 opens machine casing: "Oh wow, 4 fans in here!", coworker2 goes "That's a very popular machine, huh?" .. silence follows .. "I mean, because it has so many fans" #facepalmwednesday
It has been a great privilege and honor to work with you for the past 3 years, thanks so much for EVERYTHING and wish you all the best for the new journey!!
Today was my last day going to the office at Intel (I will still be available for my team til the end of the month). Soon I will talk about the next steps! Sad to leave the amazing @IntelSTORMTeam behind, but excited with the new challenges ahead.
Baby's out 😍 here goes "Randpoline: A Software Mitigation for Branch Target Injection" https://t.co/eroxmKDWgu - a co-op among a number of really smart ppl, in & outside Intel; uberproud to have contributed a lil! An oh look theres a sample GCC plugin 😶https://t.co/WLEJQ5fRQd
In all the craziness of the work, noise of the news, etc,I wanted to praise 4 individuals in this whole saga: Jann Horn @tehjh (for the brilliant insight and awesome work), Ke Sun, Henrique Kawakami (now at Amazon) and Kekai Hu. And finally the rest of our team, that supported us!
Team members that deserve credit as well (in no special order): Ke Sun (@wildsator), @Kekai_Hu, Gabriel Barbosa (@gabrielnb) and Henrique Kawakami (@henriquek)
