@British_Airways Hi Anthony. We eventually got placed on an evening flight which was then cancelled!!! No communication via email, app or text. Only found@out via LHR boards. We were provided with a Hotel and flight next day. Now back home and trying to sort out compensation. BA comms still awful

@British_Airways so disappointed with the communications today. the fog delayed many flights but there were no automatic updates We missed our flight from LHR T5, But our onward flight had not started boarding, we could not pass barrier and up 20steps to get thereSystems failed
