Am I the only #writer (or reader) who finds the concept of "women's fiction" problematic? It implies either:

a) female AUDIENCES necessarily relate to soapy family dramas,

or

b) female PROTAGONISTS can't star in other kinds of #books.

(I'm proof to the contrary for both.)
