@WhichUK @BBCWatchdog been trying to complain to westjet for 4 months. Emails dont get answered. Messenger chat is scripted responses. I’ve asked what their “claims process” is for refunds. And the answer was “we do not have a claims process”. I’ve been told 60 days for email response. #cantcomplain

The CAA has concluded its review of airline refunds and found few paid refunds in an ‘acceptable timeframe’. It says it will continue monitoring.

The time for monitoring and performance reviews has long passed. Airlines have been breaking the law on refunds for months.

@Weeoopsie @oilyslick1 @danwardlaw @PheonixSpanish @WestJet @GovCanHealth For the last 2 months they have been posting flight schedules with no changes. Once it gets closer to the end of the month they totally revamp and cancel the itineraries, leaving people no choice but to cancel with no chance for refunds. Total manipulation.
