@deftlyinane Any proud hillbilly, like myself loves Tudors biscuit world. Is it bojangles no but in a good way. Biscuits and gravy are always high on the list there and there play on the pepperoni rolls with the peppi biscuit is weirdly good. I always stop and eat Tudors whenever I visit home

We use an aluminum pan like this for example. Cast iron Dutch ovens work even better. Good thing about frying on your flat tops are you can zone/fry at different temps simultaneously; outside
