@DonDavies Decriminalization may have a mild positive impact (simple possession is already de facto decriminalized). Investment in a broken mental health system is the actual solution.

@michaelgendron Simple possession is almost never the substantive offence. The charge is usually just laid due to drugs found incident to arrest for something else. And PPCS isn’t even prosecuting 95% of all simple possession charges.
