My professor told me to write my dissertation about the hill I’m willing to die on, so I chose to research what teachers need from leaders in order to stay in the profession. Because as a leader, teachers are my hill.
We need to be careful not to micromanage teachers, parents, or students right now. Everyone is doing their best in a crazy situation and probably feels completely overwhelmed at times. Adding unnecessary pressure isn’t going to improve the situation.
