@0786Anon@Basedawah Now its not that muhammad was affected by demons but that the revelation wasnt affected. If you wanna follow a prophet that can hallucinates bc of magic thats on you.
@Basedawah@0786Anon Yeah magic works through demons so if muhammad was affected by magic he was affected by demons and in your earliest sirah people say they were worried he was demon possessed but more importantly that satan put verses on his tongue that allah had to replace.
@0786Anon@Basedawah If muhammad can be affected by magic then the sirah is probably correct when it says people thought he was demon possessed and satan gave him verses.
@m546792@PhoebanFicino@LegendaryCucho@blacknredtext You cant argue presentism bc according to islam muhammad is supposed to be the greatest example for all time so if you say at anypoint in time muhammad was wrong then you are contradicting the quran. Now is it okay today to marry a 6 year old and sleep with her at 9?
@0samahKhalid@eternalbread_ Dont strawman I never said He would become God but is called God and is God since mighty God is a title for God alone. And I disagree thats its hyperbole I know you have to say it is but even if I grant it you would still have to show me who is the man that is God.
@0samahKhalid@eternalbread_ Your interpretation doesnt seem likely since this child that is born has a title of God making Him God so if this is speaking of the time or in the near past of the verse who is the God man that was born and where is His kingdom that has no end?
@0samahKhalid@eternalbread_ In Isaiah 9:6 He is given the title Mighty God which is a title only given to God so if this is speaking of the past from this verse can you show me who this God Man was and where is his everslasting kingdom? Jesus added to His person a human nature His divine nature is the same
@0samahKhalid@eternalbread_ That God can be born and die as a human. Nearly all of them but explicity Prophets like Isaiah but if you read Hebrews you can get a good grasp on how the OT is entirely about Him abd His divinity.
@0samahKhalid@eternalbread_ Again thats fine but because thats your belief we know you have no line and we do since the Prophets agree with us. You can say "well those arent the prophets" but all that admits is you have no line no evidence for the islamic view its simply a claim after the fact.
@0samahKhalid@eternalbread_ Then you reject the Prophets which has been my point you have no line. And I notice you have a misunderstanding of the incarnation I would encourage you to do research into it.
@abi4560 No the verses states that it will be other than the law of moses so it cant be the case that its identical. But if you disagree then you are destroying the quran since you do not obey the sabbath nor do you forbid camel meat etc. and you contradict your quran by 3:50.
@abi4560 No this is only speaking of men alone changing the Law if you read Jeremiah 31:31-34 it clearly states God will make a new covenant that is other than the law of moses. But since this is your argument do muslims obey the Sabbath?
@0samahKhalid@eternalbread_ We also hold God is ever living and eternal as Jesus Himself say "I am the First and the Last" but if you deny He comes to die for us then you deny the Prophets which is my point that you just agreed with. You are disconnected from the Prophets since you deny Him.
