@Ford I’ve called your customer service line 2x and been hung up on both times. I took possession of my 2022 Badlands on 4/21. It went into the dealer on 4/25 for a sensor issue. It’s still freaking there!! My dealer has escalated my issue multiple times

Okay @ford, I waited 22 months from reservation date to get my Badlands. 3 days into driving it I get a message about a faulty sensor It happens. Its now been at the dealer waiting for the part to come in for 2.5 weeks. I’ve had to make a payment on a car sitting at the dealer.
