@Paul_Gillam @ExpediaUK I gave up on waiting for a Ryanair refund and got money back from credit card Chargeback scheme instead (all visa/MasterCard/AmEx cards are part of this). They give you money back immediately and take up with supplier who then have a number of weeks to challenge (but won’t)

@Paul_Gillam If the imperative is to quickly reach a situation with few enough cases for test/trace/quarantine to work then any opening of schools in the near term must increase the reproduction rate and compromise this. Education is important. Defeating Covid first more important.

@iandonald_psych I think you are spot on and have been surprised at the naive obsession by the popular media to talk about exit strategies, giving the false view that we’re close to a return to normality. Why do many not see how far from this we are? The only true exit strategy is a vaccine.

@Paul_Gillam Thanks for posting this. I had seen a number of media reports based on it and they didn’t feel right, so good to see the source. As ever most of the media are happy to massively distort in order to sensationalise/fit their agenda/feed public hysteria.
