@SW_Help Not your fault these things happen my only gripe would be the lack of information in the 1st hour but that's a national issue with not wanting to pay for staff and a point for another day. She should be arriving at Bournemouth in the next half hour so alls good in the end

@SW_Help Hi just wanted to say thank you....I little bit of a panic but a bus arrived to take passengers to Guildford and she is on a coach heading for bassingstoke where fingers crossed she can get a connection to Bournemouth.
