Assume you’re throwing shade at ShowTime88. Patrick Kane average PP TOI in Detroit was roughly 3 minutes 11 seconds. In Chicago in most years was over 4 minutes per game. He will be a cookie magnet that will stay out for the entire 2 minutes I assume each PP or close especially with Bedard out for the first few months of the season. Then once Bedard comes back, that seam pass one timer is going to be like star-link connection. Bedard as we know can really shoot it. He’s never had a passer like Kane. And Kane can still stand flat footed and deliver spicy vodka sauce thru the box. If he can collect 30-35 ish points on the man advantage assuming he plays a full 82 that would nearly double up his totals from last season on PP (19). Kane’s point per game was .85PPG as is. Only played 67 matches. Add 15 more games. More cookies up a man. The buzz of being back in Chicago. The hockey gods are going to give him one more REAL strong season. A reassurance. That’s how baseball works when you’re a living legend. Those close to his chin say his hip is in the best shape it’s been in. A go to guy on a young team. Is 90 points in 82 games really that crazy? I’ll hang up and listen.
