4. Remove the junk snacks from your environment. Don’t sit there and RELY on willpower, willpower LOSES. Change your ENVIRONMENT. That’s called playing smart.
5. Drink water BEFORE your meals. Before. Not during, not after. BEFORE. It naturally stops you from overeating. Free. Simple. EFFECTIVE.
6. Stop eating 2 to 3 hours before bed. Your body burns fat while you sleep, but only if you LET it. Stop stuffing your face at midnight like a rookie.
7. Smaller plates. DONE. No tracking, no apps, no calculator. Just. Smaller. Plates. Portion control on autopilot. BOOM.
8. Sleep 7 to 8 hours. 7 TO 8. Poor sleep makes you hungry, slows your fat loss, and wrecks your results. You can’t outwork bad sleep. Period.
