Ridiculous treatment
Another incredible treatment from one of your TM’s today @CrossCountryUK! 1545 from Bristol temple meads to Plymouth (I got off at Exeter) rear set on a 9 car the TM was super helpful and pleasant! More staff like this please
@TravelodgeUK I’ve phoned to get a booking cancelled that I did NOT make but have been given the run around and no one can/will help me, I’ve reported it to my bank as fraud, is there anything you can do
@CrossCountryUK I’m currently on the 1254 Bristol TM to Plymouth and just wanted to say how helpful and pleasant the train manager and host in first are, I’ve had the pleasure of them being onboard 2 of my journeys and both times their customer service has been impeccable
