Very sad to hear of the death of a very special teacher. I was lucky enough to be taught maths by Mr Broad in year 5 and 6, and undoubtedly owe a lot of where I am today to him.

100%, in my experience being infantilised and/or ignored far too common in clin school. Although overcorrection with too much responsibility (if unpaid) risks exploiting students as ‘free labour’.
