@Footballtweet It’s also hard to understand when Arsenal have been getting favourable decisions and have been carried towards Premier League success all season.
This isn’t the Premier League, and the referees weren’t instructed to make sure there was a new winner fire the CL 🤷
@TottenhamMasky You don’t speak for 99% of Spurs fans, you speak for yourself.
No conviction. Case dropped. That matters.
And who made you judge, jury and executioner?
Football clubs aren’t run on social media verdicts.
@TheEagleitarian@lunn_toby@GaryRWard You can disagree with his tone, but expecting him to ignore both the legal outcome and his own direct experience just to match public opinion isn’t reasonable.
@TheEagleitarian@lunn_toby@GaryRWard Roberto De Zerbi isn’t a judge. He worked with Mason Greenwood every day and spoke from that experience. That’s not the same as endorsing everything that’s been alleged....
@THSTOfficial He’s doing what a coach is supposed to do: focus on the player in front of him and work based on what he sees daily. There is nothing wrong with that. If anything, that’s exactly the kind of clarity and leadership you want.
Moving on…
De Zerbi is what we need 🦾
COYS 🤍
@THSTOfficial Let’s stick to some fundamental principles:
Mason Greenwood was not convicted, and the case was dropped by the authorities. He is even living with the woman involved today, which at the very least shows the situation is more complex than people make it out to be.....
@THSTOfficial This is about a man who may or may not have done something, but was never found guilty in a court of law. That matters in any society that believes in due proces.
De Zerbi is not a judge, and he shouldn’t be expected to act like one. That’s the role of the justice system....
