Big valuable takeaway for me with fantasy was the importance of always being clear with the reader about what everyone in your world knows - e.g. "winter is coming." It helps to ground your world-building efforts and acts as an important writing compass.

@searscares you charged me 100 bucks for a service call that took a week to schedule. Technician arrived and told me in a minute, just by looking at the model number, that parts weren't made anymore. Your phone support team offered me a $5 coupon. Tell me you can do better?

@MassRMV (2) and, you don't do temporary reg, so I'm out of luck while getting different information from different RMV support reps. Making it near impossible to register my vehicle.

@MassRMV no. different sates. BUT, I am on the title, and there is a listed lien holder. Phone rep said copy was okay because of this. Email rep said original but provided NO information about how to get it there.

@MassRMV a rep responded to my email after 5 days and didn't answer my question. I do not have any information about where to send an original title from my leasing company. Phone rep said copy of title was fine...

@MassRMV title company wants to fax a copy of the title to a service center, to avoid the 6 WEEK process of mailing and approval. There is no listing of fax numbers, or even whether you accept faxes from title organizations in other states.
