@Onward_Homes Hi. Quick question about water damage. If a roof tile slipped in September and water pours into the flat on rainy days, would you advise replacing it ASAP? Or is it better to leave it for 65 days (and counting) while continuing to charge a monthly fee for “property management”?

@chamiltonbbc I used to do it, door to door, in about 1 hrs 10 mins. This did involve two bikes though. One to get me to South Parkway and another which I kept locked up at Oxford Rd. I loved the cycling, it was the shitty trains that made give up and start driving.
