Larsen's and Garlinghouse's Offers and Sales: The court granted Defendants' motion for summary judgment, ruling that Larsen's and Garlinghouse's offers and sales of XRP on digital asset exchanges did not amount to offers and sales of investment contracts.

Aiding and Abetting Claims: The court denied the SEC's motion for summary judgment on the aiding and abetting claim against Larsen and Garlinghouse.
