@ms_dines We need them to protect them and legislate access for all users of the water resources. Flanagan promotes inland fish farming and similarly 41 south salmon farm requires a lot of water and water management plans are critical.

@ms_dines Have you ever read a river management plan? I have been involved in writing number of them. The broad sweeping statement is simply a lie. Tasmanian river & lake systems have legal frameworks protecting all users and values under adaptive management. The Murray isn’t every river
