@practicalgolf 3rd Party Insurer dealt over the phone. There is a fee. Guessing claim rate is relatively low considering the hoops you must jump through to file a claim. The fine folks at Dick’s let me off the hook for awhile and just threw me a new Titleist Permasoft for free when I’d come in.
