Thoroughly explained the problem in 3 different ways and provided clearly-annotated screenshot evidence, yet was met with the same indifference. My only recourse was to file a dispute with my bank for what is a fraudulent charge. This standard of support is inexcusable.

telling me to open a claim with the proper team and promptly closing the chat at least 4 times. Tried email support instead of app, only for it to be assigned to Odeth again.
@FedExHelp, the "get a shipping label" filter in your location search tool is not useful. The ShipSite in the Office Depot that I used today didn't accept the QR code in your email, tried to print the QR code instead of the label, and charged me $2.52 for a full-service print job

@YahooCare Your disposable email address outage, also reported by several others, has persisted for more than 10 hours. Innumerable incoming emails have been (and continue to be) lost, not merely delayed. This is a widespread, critical failure for an email service.
