@DJISupport@DJIGlobal Would you also be able to clarify that when you say “DJI Digital FPV system” you are talking about ALL systems - not just the upcoming Air Unit update (03)? (i.e. the original Air Unit and Caddx Vista/Runcam Link)
@DJIGlobal SO disappointed by your blatantly belligerent decision to not make the Goggles 2 backwards compatible with Air Units. I sincerely hope you do listen to your customers and promptly change this approach.

@AmazonHelp Thanks for that. I spoke to them but they too are unable to help as they can’t view any of my account details. They did say that my Christmas order I made is unlikely to arrive though - even though my my card has been charged! This is absolutely despicable.
@AmazonHelp I have of course done this. But again, only received a very generic and unhelpful response that did not answer any of my questions. Instead, making me feel like a small-time criminal or fraudster. Since, I'm not receiving any kind of of response from the [email protected] email
@AmazonHelp Hi Chloe. I received a generic canned email from your Account Specialists saying my account had been closed due to packages that were not returned. I returned the order via @Hermesparcels on the 29th of November.
