This statement by Winston Churchill says it all! We are now in a Level Four and “three quarters” pandemic lockdown in South Africa. It is high time that our Ministers wake up and get back in touch with reality.

@nyadak_maya I “discovered” it and its “magic” during my time in Juba Central Prison. Delicious and nourishing, my fellow prisoners would often share the dish with me that was delivered to them by their loved ones. South Sudan has excellent local cuisine.

@Abusukon Quite simple, if you don’t blindly follow and swallow the party line you immediately fall out of favor. The replacement will be made very aware of this fact. This remains an impossible environment in which to work and provide objective media coverage.

@John_ZS6BNS Over control is worse than no control. In 1789, the French Revolution started because of bread riots in Paris. The “minister” should realize that starving and hungry masses have no fear of the law and are desperate. Ramaphosa must now show his true leadership.

@progrssvjunubi The danger is when so- called “experts” propagate perceptions as fact and reality. These perceptions are often, unfortunately, the image of which South Sudan is portrayed and seen. Officials and spokespersons should also heed what and how they convey messages to the world.
