@TicketmasterCS I purchased 4 tickets for nebworth on 4th June (took a screen capture also as proof as I always do) tickets arrived for the 3rd (tried to go through help online) but it just said exchange tickets by buying more for 4 and refunding 3rd but no more tickets for 4th
