Candidate for TX House district 109. Christian, Father of 4, OIF/OEF Combat Vet, USMC 03-13 0311. Strategic Ops & Tech. Texan Patriot. Keep Texas Strong!
We can and must end property taxes in the state of Texas.
By ending all sales and use tax exemptions and exceptions, we can end property taxes, keep the sales tax rate at 8.25%, and save Texas Households an average of about $1,800-2,000 a year in the process.

This plan maintains funding for local entities that currently benefit from property taxes at present levels and even the opportunity to increase those revenues, allowing other taxes to be ended as well, such as tolls and the franchise tax.
Great conversation with some super awesome people running for office in Dallas county! Give a watch and let us know if you have any questions or comments!
That’s why we have to pass laws that make both your identity and your data your property!
I’m working hard to do that for Texans. See the plan and proposed legislation here:

Your data, content, identity, image, and likeness in the digital sphere are YOUR PROPERTY.
Making it such by law guarantees you the same protections as with your real property - no access without a warrant, ability to press theft charges, and ability to enforce take down requests and corrections to misrepresentations and holds AI companies responsible for preventing abuse of your image online.

Made it to the convention on this fine, hot and humid Houston day. Looks like I’m early, but folks are trickling in. Looking forward to the events as a delegate for #SD23 today, and your candidate for Texas HD109.
Indeed. In war, proportionate response is not applicable. Responding with overwhelming, violent, & significant force is.
War is not an act of a person defending themself against an assault. It’s a nation acting against another.
You attack us, we obliterate you.
That’s the right policy.
Citizens should not have to gather up a petition and put in the money to campaign to lower taxes.
Instead, cities should have to gather up petitions and campaign to raise taxes, and taxes should be lowered automatically when debt is paid and every term of years.
The government should work for its money from the people, not the people work to stop the government from taking more of it from them.
I’ve held this simple real world position:
1. Marriage is the union of one man and one woman in holy matrimony, a covenant between husband and wife to form a family.
2. There exists no reason to change that definition in order to accommodate the life style of homosexuals.
3. Homosexuals have been free and remain free to declare their own life time relationships under whatever name for such a union they choose.
4. Therefore there is no reason under the law to make the term marriage be expanded to account for homosexuals, and was no reason to do so.
The push for doing such a thing was done purely for the sake of diluting the institution of marriage and to manipulate homosexuals into a voting bloc for a party to gain power over them.
That party succeeded in that effort.
I have the plan to end property taxes while funding public schools based on enrollment and not ADA, freeing parents to send their kids where ever they want while supporting public schools for those who want it, reducing the burden on fixed income and lower income families.

What will demonstrate your worth, @JohnCornyn , is if you lose, will you still lend your support down ballot? Will you still work with other candidates to get them elected once your campaign ends? Or will you horde your war chest and leave the party in the wind?
"Ken Paxton will be an albatross."
Senator @JohnCornyn sounds the alarm on a potential Ken Paxton nomination, warning a messy primary could puncture party prospects down ballot in the Lone Star State.
"If he is the nominee, it'll take hundreds of millions of dollars to try to save him, and it's likely not to be successful because the mainstream media loves Talarico. It's like the second coming of Beto O'Rourke. And you remember what that was like."
"And so I can help the ticket. I can help down ballot. I know the president cares a lot about the congressional races that are right below the Senate race, and I won by ten points in 2020. So I think I can be the most help to the president and his agenda in the last two years of his term of office and all the down ballot races."
The protesters’ actions in the video—forming human chains, placing barricades, surrounding and blocking vehicles (including vans and SUVs), and preventing law enforcement from freely entering or exiting the Delaney Hall ICE facility—violate federal law, primarily 18 U.S.C. § 111.
@DHSgov@TheJusticeDept - why are these people not under arrest and charged?
ICE WATCH: DHS has surrendered to the Newark insurgents allowing them to search vehicles before they are allowed in or out of the ICE facility. This is unacceptable.
The efforts to halt everything the president is doing to honor our country (not Trump) - it’s all foolishness.
The great and beautiful thing to honor those who died for the victories their survivors achieved is being protested because….Trump.
Stupid. If you think it’s for Trump - you’re just stupid, it’s just that simple at this point.
God bless the families of those who gave all for our freedom, and the freedom of the world.
It’s not “happy Memorial Day”, it’s “remember those who died so that you can live. Are you living a life worthy of their sacrifice?”
As a USMC veteran who saw many brothers give all, I ask you to please take the time to tell the story of the American warfighter to your children. They all fought and died for the future they never got to enjoy, but you do.
There are many legitimate concerns around Data Centers, both as it pertains to water use and energy use, in the state of Texas.
There have been many complaining online and sounding doomsday alarms, resulting in a devaluing of the legitimate concerns that can and in many cases have been resolved.
However, there remain problems across the state that must be addressed, and help to solve the energy distribution problem and the data center impact problems, creating a policy and plan that can change data centers into power distribution centers, and existing technologies used in facilities to reduce impact of both in Texas water supplies.
I have drafted a policy and legislative plan that can solve both issues and provide Intelligence and Energy infrastructure security and long term growth and prosperity for Texans to keep Texas strong for generations to come.

To all those out there curious for a real take on Data Centers, I recommend you give this a read. It’s worth it to get a good grasp on the real impact of Data Centers - as a facilities manager, I can tell you that this is an accurate accounting of the cooling impact of data centers.
As a Sergeant of Marines, I understand Netanyahu’s position. I’m frustrated the administration has not completed military operations to end this - though I understand Trump’s position, I must say that we need to end this - with prejudice. https://t.co/U1nyd5NCcS
