The Govt told local councils to do #WhateverItTakes to fight #COVID19, but there's an looming crisis across the UK. I join @Keir_Starmer in calling on the Govt to keep their promise & provide emergency funding to support families and communities like .@TraffordCouncil

[William Jones @WillForTheMany]

Accelerating towards no measures but in most areas the R rate is increasing.

[Andy Burnham @andyburnham]

In the absence of a Government commitment to do so, I promised to publish regular updates on regional R numbers. So here’s a table published today by @cmmid_lshtm. Not a great deal of “room for manoeuvre”, as the Chief Scientific Adviser told the @10DowningStreet daily briefing.

Hi @TimperleyWard how does your .@TraffordBlue #carsfirst policy align with your government's policy of this: Department For Transport Letter To U.K. Councils'

I now assume all #COVID19uk fines will and prosecutions will now be invalidated? The current UK government has lost all credibility on #COVID19.

@mrlongdenextra @Rose4Brooklands @fiannahornby @LizALPatel @UKLabour @TraffordCouncil Great result, it had been bad for many years before Brooklands elected Labour councillors here.
