The Clintons were questioned (rightfully) for their involvement in the Epstein files. That Christian Republicans aren’t calling for the president to also be (at least!) deposed shows they aren’t serious about protecting children from rape. 1/2 #prolife
🚨 Rep. Ted Lieu says the full unreleased Epstein files contain evidence that Trump raped children.
That’s what’s being hidden.
Trump started a war with Iran days after Epstein release pressure peaked.
The Senate gave him unlimited war powers.
The files stay sealed. The arrests never come.
And the war keeps everyone looking the other way.
Release everything.
The PBS NewsHour has documented the Trump family's unprecedented conflicts of interest. Jared Kushner, a 'volunteer' with no official position, has $6 billion in assets from Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Qatar-the same governments he is negotiating with on Middle East peace. Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump have invested in drone companies that are now competing for Pentagon contracts in the war their father started.
Forbes estimated that Eric and Don Jr., they were worth about $40, $50 million each before the 2024 election. About a year later, Eric at $400 million and Donald Trump Jr. at about $300 million.
They're using war and diplomacy to enrich themselves
If ever a time should come, when vain and aspiring men shall possess the highest seats in Government, our country will stand in need of its experienced patriots to prevent its ruin.
~ Samuel Adams, Founding Father (1722-1803).
Call me crazy, but it seems like maybe we are at the stage where Congress should be voting on whether or not our President may wipe out an entire civilization.
I don’t think the War Powers Act covers that one.
Goldman: Despite the shameful and despicable efforts by Bondi and her department to intimidate you, how many of you are still willing to speak to the DOJ? All of them. Well, miss Bondi, it looks like you have some more witnesses.
Illinois is holding on every single offensive play. Every one.
I’m sitting right here. Watching it in real time.
Shane Beamer is losing it for a reason and he’s exactly right.
The officiating has been atrocious.
What issues are more important to evangelicals than other voters? Immigration and the economy. What issues are less important? Abortion and personal character. https://t.co/0hIt7oK6p0
Watching a political convention is an odd experience when you feel at home in neither party. You notice the inspiring rhetoric. And the false and misleading statements. You notice the knuckleheads outside the convention center. You wonder how one party came to be ...

The obsession with Keller from the “negative world” espousing and “shepherds for sale” fans would be fascinating if it weren’t grotesque.
Why does this man who devoted his life to preaching the gospel in a hostile place make you so angry?
Do you hate the idea that grace is wide enough for New York liberals?
Do you hate his message that your sins surpass your best deeds and you’re desperate for mercy?
I attended a service around 2008 where Keller did a Q&A for the audience after the service.
Attendees could ask anything. So of course, one of the first was about homosexuality.
Keller said (I am paraphrasing): “In order to get on the same page, I need to know if we agree that Jesus rose from the dead. If not, let’s sort that out first. If so…” and then he went on to make an argument for the biblical sexual ethic. It was a teleological argument — the body has a purpose, tells a story, both in pursuit of the family and in representation of the gospel. It was a complementarian argument, now that I think about it.
He did this in Hunter College Auditorium, on front of hundreds of people. But not in front of a denominational jury, or for social media, and certainly not to impress right wing ghouls who build their platform crapping on him from great heights. He was pastoring. And it was profound and beautifully stated.
Shameful and disgraceful. A great Christian man who lived through his children barely surviving a school shooting.
Southern Baptists, how much more of this are you going to let go on?
You cannot pretend not to see what is happening in your name.

We can be deeply grateful Trump’s life was spared and still strongly wish we had different presidential candidates. Humans really are capable of nuance. Trolls are not. But humans are.
