@stevenrosen_ and our staff are hosting the 2024 Manhattan Baseball Prospect Camp on September 29, with registration open to high school and junior college players interested in playing for our program. Register at the link below to reserve your spot for next month! 🙌🟢

Spent this past weekend at @JaspersBaseball evaluating and helping develop player plans for every pitcher!

Included in the eval was also a mobility and range of motion assessment.

When creating a development plan, it’s important to have clear objectives and the “why” behind it.

Ultimately, programs should be striving to improve on field performance, not just to get good at whatever the “thing” is.

Goals for each player are going to be broken down into 4 main buckets:

• Mechanical
• Pitch Development (movement and velocity)
• Pitch Execution (command)
• CRG and mental side

Every player will have:

• Throwing plan with drill package specific to them
• Bullpen plans focusing on their needs and goals
• Arm care routine
• Mobility program tailored towards areas needed to improve (primarily focused on spine, hips, and shoulders)
• Strength program

Head coach, @stevenrosen_ and pitching coach @willhesslink4 are building something very special in NY.

They want to get the most out of every single player and are willing to do whatever it takes to make that happen.

@mikestaiano11 earned his first collegiate win, striking out 5 and walking none across 4 innings. Closer @garbothe5th earned his first save of the year, striking out the side twice.
