Literally will never fly @British_Airways ever again. Flight delayed 5hrs, cancelled at 2:18am EST, no food, can't rebook through manage my booking. Called the US service line "your call cannot be taken"! Absolutely inept, I'm just here forever now?

@Delta The $190 I paid for baggage fees on a flight that never took off was not a gift. Please refund it. I submitted a case on May 25th, case number 05329944 and have heard absolutely nothing. Give me my money back.
