Expropriation without compensation should be a big issue in any Country. Taking someone's property without proper compensation is THEFT! It is also written as such in international al law.

Black people sit in the most fertile land in the country. I.e: Eastern Cape, KwaZulu Natal, Mpumalanga, Swaziland, Venda etc. They do not develop it. Most are not interested in land they prefer to take the money. They are not interested in the vast arid regions of the Free State, Northern Cape and North-West province.

The Supreme Court of Appeal has dismissed Rameez Patel’s application for leave to appeal his convictions and life sentence for the 2015 murder of his wife, Fatima Patel.

The SCA found no reasonable prospects of success, marking another failed bid to overturn his conviction after the Limpopo High Court also refused leave to appeal earlier this year.
