@Ryan_Posselt What an absolute liar you are. As was outlined in the report (written by Pitt and Sherry) - there was no need to go to the expense of dilapidation surveys for those buildings. As was clearly outlined in the report, the bridge is more than 100m away (& aquatic centre further).

@puppyeh1 I do wonder given the on market buying if a new contract is actually likely in the near term. Given its importance this would be being monitored by the board and (presumably) if there’s anything close to a renegotiation then the BoD wouldn’t be able to trade on market.

@kevinbonham Interestingly the greens might decide they can get more of their policies through a parliament (wins in legislation) with a labor opposition looking for ways to frustrate the government + friendly crossbench-the ongoing prospect of a noco would be a very big risk to a lib gov.
