Well said there are many Male coaches that never played but have A and B national licenses.I have the pleasure to work with some female coaches over the last few yrs and they are excellent.They also played at a high level and bring lots of fresh ideas.

When I coached at rep level in Kitchener And Waterloo we had a hard time releasing players because there was so much to choose from.The region is now saturated with Acadamies OPDL teams.That they have trouble recruiting players and it’s super expensive.Time to rethink not working
